Castellanos Cigars:

Castellanos Cigars was founded in 2023 by Jesse Castellanos, a passionate cigar aficionado with a deep appreciation for the art of cigar making. Growing up in Miami, Florida, Jesse was immersed in the world of premium cigars from an early age. As an adult his love for cigars grew, inspiring him to learn the intricacies of tobacco cultivation and the meticulous craftsmanship required to produce a fine cigar. Determined to bring the rich heritage and quality of cigars to a global audience, Jesse established Castellanos Cigars to create a foundation and provide for his family how his grandfather did for his.

Pipo Cigar:

Our first cigar is a tribute to Jesse Castellanos grandfather, Arcides Castellanos; born in 1939 in San Luis, Cuba. Family and close family friends called him “Pipo”. With a cigar always in hand, Pipo was a hard working man and did everything he needed for him and his wife to be well off. He made it a point to always be his own boss and went on to own several businesses. While living in Cuba, Pipo owned a cafeteria and later migrated to Manhattan, New York where he owned a restaurant. Eventually, calling Miami Florida home, he owned a small fruit market, a farm with live stock & produce, a supermarket and a beauty salon ran by his wife Miladys Castellanos. Pipo was a family man. He took pride in being able to provide for his family but most importantly his true joy came from the family spending time together. He was a positive role model to all of the men in the family and we cherish and appreciate the values he instilled in us and helped us become the men we are today. On the exterior Pipo had a strong character and demanded respect, however, he was also kind hearted and nurturing. His presence was always felt when he walks into a room, and we want the same for this cigar. Unfortunately, in 2012 Pipo decided to take his life just like his father did. The glue that kept all of us together is now gone, but his presence remains. Jesse’s goal with this cigar is to keep Pipo’s legacy going.

Today, Castellanos Cigars stands as a symbol of passion, dedication, and excellence. Under Jesse’s visionary leadership, the company continues to innovate while staying true to its roots.
